Our story began with the vision of the late Ugochi Nwodim, a devoted psychiatric and behavioral health nurse who dedicated her life to caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities and supporting children as a school nurse. In 2018, her compassion and commitment to service inspired her to open Top Care Residential, officially beginning to serve patients in 2023. This home stands as a part of her enduring legacy — a place built on love, respect, and the desire to help each person become the very best version of themselves.
