Top Care Res., Inc. provides Meaningful Day Services for the individuals we serve. These services include Community Development Services (CDS), Employment Services, Career Exploration Services, and Day Habilitation Services. Services are offered Monday through Friday, for up to eight (8) hours per day, excluding public holidays.
Our CDS program is community-based and focuses on community integration, inclusion, and active participation. It is designed and implemented based on each individual’s yearly goals and desired outcomes as outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP). The program offers a variety of community settings and activities, including volunteer opportunities, skill-building experiences, and support in maintaining existing skills related to personal goals.
Top Care Res., Inc. supports each individual’s right to choose activities that bring happiness, purpose, and success, helping them live the life they envision. Our Employment Services are supported by professional Job Coaches who provide time-limited, comprehensive, person-centered, community-based employment planning. These services help participants identify their abilities, interests, and employment goals.

Settings and Location:
Meaningful Day Services are provided in approved community settings. Respite care may be delivered in the participant’s home, the home of a respite provider, a licensed residential site, or other DDA-approved locations. All services are available in the following counties: Howard, Harford, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City.
